How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to have your items shipped within 24-48 hour of receiving confirmation of your order. Processing time may take a little longer in peak periods and large orders, however we will advise you of any delays in processing your order.

Shipping options & rates?

We offer a regular shipping flat rate of $9.95 per order within Australia, with parcels sent via Australia Post.

We also have an option of express shipping at a flat rate of $14.95 per order within Australia for online store orders. Parcels are sent via Australia Post Express.

Do you offer local pick up? 

We no longer are able to offer free local pick up. We are currently an online business only and not open to the public.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not offer international shipping via our website. We can ship overseas, so if you are overseas and interested in purchasing any of our products, please contact us with the items you wish to purchase, and we will email you a quote.

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases. We are happy to accept returns for faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
